In the social service industry, a Job Coach plays a crucial role in assisting individuals with disabilities or other barriers to employment find, secure, and maintain meaningful work. They provide individualized support, training, and mentorship to clients, which may include job search assistance, resume and cover letter development, interview preparation, on-the-job training, and ongoing support to ensure job retention.
