Job Coach Jobs in Arizona
In the social service industry, a Job Coach plays a crucial role in assisting individuals with disabilities or other barriers to employment find, secure, and maintain meaningful work. A Job Coach in the social service industry usually possesses a degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field and have experience working with individuals with disabilities. Certifications such as Certified Employment Support Professional (CESP) and Certified Job Coach (CJC) may be beneficial.
