Emergency shelter is saving lives for hundreds of people statewide. We are looking for a case manager to provide support to individuals being sheltered at three local hotels/motels. For this program, the case manager will meet regularly with each client to assess basic needs and connect client with agency and community-based resources. This can include connecting with food, accessing identification, connecting with behavioral health resources, and coordinating housing needs with our partner
