Daily Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychosocial assessments to identify client needs
• Connect clients with appropriate community resources for support
• Provide clinical social work services to individuals and groups
• Perform biopsychosocial assessments to develop treatment plans
• Offer marriage and family therapy to improve relationships

Required Skills:

• Experience in clinical counseling and individual/group therapy
• Licensed as a Master Social Worker or Clinical Professional Counselor
• Ability to provide family therapy and crisis intervention
• Skilled in psychotherapy for anxiety and substance abuse
• Proficiency in group counseling and licensed in marriage and family therapy

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in school social work
• Knowledge of licensed social work and mental health counseling
