Social Worker

Full Time Social Worker needed in Broomfield Colorado. The successful candidate will have prior experience in Long term Care.

The primary responsibility of your job position is to assist in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing our facility’s social service program following the current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern long term care. You are entrusted to ensure that the medically related and emotional social needs of the residents are met and maintained on an individual basis.

Required experience:

• At Least 1 year at another SNF preferred
• A Bachelors degree in social work or a bachelors in a human services field such as Sociology, Special Education, Rehabilitation Counseling, or psychology required.
