Executive Assistant - Boutique Private Equity Firm

Key Responsibilities:

Provide Executive Assistant support members of the Executive team.

Handle professional calendar management.

EA support for team, including projects

Coordinate travel arrangements: including flights, hotels, cars, restaurant, and event reservations

Manage familys multiple homes / properties - liaise with property managers to coordinate ongoing maintenance.

Requirements

Bachelors degree required.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant previous experience.
Professional demeanor with strong verbal and written communication skills; articulate and succinct.
Knowledge of general administrative practices and procedures
Meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent organizational skills; plans, organizes, schedules, and communicates in an efficient, productive manner.
Focuses on key priorities; does not let important details slip through the cracks or derail a project.
Must be a strong team player and interact well across various levels of employee seniority.
Ability to learn and adapt, quickly and proficiently understand and absorb new information, adjust quickly to changing priorities and conditions and cope effectively with complexity and change.
Knowledge of NYC including restaurants and event spaces a plus.
