Counselor, Social Worker, Therapist**

**Schedule: 40 hour work week, Mon. - Fri.**
**$5,000 Sign on Bonus!**
**Essential Functions**:
- Conduct risk and diagnostic assessments
- Collaborate in the development and implementation of individualized service programs.
- Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy/counseling to youth.
- Provide advocacy and support as part of a therapeutic clinical team with other professionals.
- Learn and implement best practice interventions specific to our population.
**Qualifications**:
- **LSW or LPC licensure required.**
- Experience working with adolescents preferred.
- Understanding of or willingness to learn and apply trauma-informed care principles a must.
- Transportation and good driving record
