What You’ll Do:

In this full-time role, you’ll:

• Provide intensive in-home services to families at risk of separation or in need of reunification.
• Manage a low caseload of just 2–3 families, allowing for deeper engagement and more personalized care.
• Respond to crisis situations with on-call support to help stabilize families in need.
• Receive behavioral training to enhance your therapeutic and intervention skills.
• Build trust and strong relationships with families to help them create safe, nurturing environments.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in Social Work or a comparable human services field).
• Relevant experience in family or children’s services is strongly preferred.
• Experience with Missouri Children’s Division is a plus.
• Must live within or near the service county.
• Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a commitment to helping others succeed.
