Project Policy Analyst 3

Under direction of the Projects Supervisor in the Facilities Services Maintenance Department, the Project Policy Analyst 3 provides continuous review and assessment of client and service interaction, related to the intake, process, and reporting of projects for Facilities Services with a strong focus on high quality service experience and process improvements. This position is responsible for analysis, review, and timely routing of all materials related to project intake and support. Makes recommendations to leadership and completes short and long-term project intake (details, funding, assignment, etc.), system admin, file management, tracking, and reporting support for leadership and project managers. Demonstrates good judgement in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining service solutions. Creates, identifies, analyzes, and reviews customer relations related programs, policies or procedures for possible implementation. UC Riverside's Facilities Services is recruiting for a Project Policy Analyst 3. The full salary range for the Project Policy Analyst 3 is $66,500 - $118,300 per year. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs.Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position.
