This organization operates as an integrated developer, design-builder, and construction partner, delivering large-scale commercial projects across multiple markets nationwide. This is an opportunity to work on the ownership/developer side while still remaining heavily involved in the full construction lifecycle giving professionals exposure to a broader business perspective, long-term project strategy, and direct collaboration with development leadership. Position Overview Seeking both: Project Manager Two Associate Project Managers Ideal candidates will come from a commercial general contractor or developer-builder background with experience managing large-scale commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
