Multisystemic Therapy (MST) is a researched community-based treatment model directed at youth involved in criminal activities and their families. Duties include clinical and administrative supervision from MST Program Supervisor on team, liaison with key collaborating agencies and with leadership inside the provider organization, providing ongoing evaluation and data collection while interfacing with MST expert consultants. Clinician will carry clinical responsibilities for 4-5 families. Collaborate actively with MST expert around implementation of MST program and adhere to fidelity practices. Must be available to support families receiving MST 24-hours per day, 7 days per week. Completes intakes, screenings, administers CBT counseling by conducting individual and/or family session, case-management, and psycho-education in accordance with Texas Resilience and Recovery Guidelines. Work performed will occur in community settings as necessary to meet client needs, in addition to some office-based services. Will be authorizing Levels of Care based on Uniform Assessment (UA) recommendations. Develops individualized person recovery centered plans with measurable outcomes, reviews and updates plan every 90 days, and participates in clinical consultations. Works under moderate supervision with latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.
