JOB DESCRIPTION

The MSW Online Student Assistant ( SA) supports recruitment and engagement efforts for students exploring the online Master of Social Work program. This role focuses on building rapport with prospective students virtually, offering peer insight into the online learning experience, practicum experience, time management, and the realities of balancing graduate school with life and work. Assist with on-campus tasks such as assembling mailings, organizing materials, preparing giveaways, and supporting transcript processing (seasonal). The SA works closely with vendor partner Enrollment Advisors and the EM Office to provide timely outreach, answer program related questions, and help prospective students feel confident supported.
