This role serves multiple counties across Central Oregon, including Jefferson, Deschutes, Crook, Lake, Klamath, Hood River, Wasco, Sherman, Gilliam, and Wheeler (Districts 9'11). The position requires travel throughout the region, and candidates may reside anywhere within the covered counties.
Boys & Girls Aid is seeking a full-time Family Permanency Specialist to join our team.

What You'll Do
Use individualized recruitment strategies to find permanent families for children in foster care.
Partner with Oregon Department of Human Services (ODHS) to review case records and identify potential family connections.
Build relationships with children and collaborate with ODHS caseworkers to prepare for adoption.
Develop recruitment plans tailored to each child's background and needs.
Maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities effectively.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field plus 5 years of experience in social work, counseling, or psychology, OR
Equivalent combination of education and experience.
Valid driver's license and good driving record.
