Day and Split Shifts Available (7am-7pm or 10am-10pm) | Full-Time

Methodist Home for Children is hiring Youth Care Workers for our Assessment Center in Asheville. If you're dependable, disciplined, and motivated to make a difference, this is your chance to be a role model for youth aged 10-17 who are seeking direction and support.

What You'll Do:

Serve as a mentor and caregiver to youth during their temporary stay

Lead daily routines and engage them in structured activities

Help assess their needs and contribute to a long-term care plan

Maintain a safe, respectful, and non-punitive environment

Demonstrate strong character, accountability, and professionalism

Shift Pay:

$17-$19/hour

Who We Need:
