Key Responsibilities:
Individual counseling: Address clients' mental health needs and personal goals through one-on-one sessions
Group counseling: Guide supportive sessions for individuals facing common hardships
Group education: Deliver lectures on subjects like stress management and coping strategies
Assessments: Evaluate clients' mental health and substance use concerns via interviews and standardized measures
Intervention: Mediate conflicts and improve relationships
Multidisciplinary collaboration: Partner with professionals engaged in client care
Referral coordination: Arrange appropriate referrals to specialized services
Education and/or Experience Qualifications:
Current Missouri Licensure (provisional accepted) as PLPC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, PLP, or LP
Or...
Master's degree in a license-eligible field with intentions to seek licensure
