Essential Functions:

Collaborate with Elgin Residential Rehabilitation Team members, other LSSI programs, and external partners in order to provide quality, whole-person care and services to Elgin

Residential Rehabilitation clients.Make client referrals and linkages.Maintain an encouraging and therapeutic environment on the unit.Monitor surroundings and assist clinical staff, including communicating any changes in a client's presentation or needs to a member of the clinical staff.Complete all required EHR documentation accurately and in a timely manner.Maintain familiarity of and adhere to emergency procedures.Demonstrate professional, positive behavior and carry out responsibilities with integrity, treating clients, families, other LSSI workforce members, and collaborative organizations and/or individual in a dignified, respectful, honest, and fair manner.

Position Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required.One (1) to three (3) year's experience in substance use field preferred.Background check clearance required.Annual TB test required.Familiarity with accreditation and licensure standards required.Demonstrated proficiency using Electronic Health Records (EHR) documentation and review required.Demonstrated ability to communicate in a clear, comprehensible manner, both verbally and in writing.Excellent organization, presentation, and pc/computer skills, including experience usingMicrosoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) along with other related software.Valid driver's license, in good standing for the state of residency preferred.
