We are expanding our leadership team by adding a Senior Director of Developmental Services
Supervisor: Vice President of Developmental Disabilities Programs
Supervisees: Residential Directors, Group Home Directors, Direct Care staff
Salary : $80,000.000
Who You Are:
You have 3 years of supervisory experience working within a developmental disability setting.
You are a positive mentor.
You have solid computing skills including the use of Microsoft Office Suite
You have a bachelor's degree or higher (master's degree preferred)
What You Will Do:
Supervision of Residential Team Directors
Be instrumental in the development and implementation of exciting and creative Strategic Planning goals.
Mentor and train Directors by leading / modeling supervision meetings and developing on-going training in areas key pertinent to their professional growth.
Oversee the completion of internal audits and monitor on-going action plans.
Help with the creation of an exciting new program that helps people reach their hopes and dreams called MWL.
Be part of a treatment model called BE POSITIVE and ensure that all individuals are treated with dignity and respect.
Act as liaison and ensure constructive and collaborative communication with DDS Area offices, community resources, families / guardians and other provider agencies.
Ensures programs consistently meet all regulatory requirements from DDS Certification and Licensing including scheduled reviews/audits.
Provide administrative after-hours back-up to the on-call Directors on a rotating basis.
