This contract position supports students, families, and school staff within a K-12 school setting located in Lansdale, PA. The role focuses on promoting student well-being, addressing social and emotional challenges, and collaborating with educators to create a safe and supportive learning environment. Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments to identify social, emotional, and behavioral needs of students. Develop and implement individualized interventions and support plans. Provide counseling and crisis intervention services to students. Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to address student challenges. Connect students and families with community resources and support services. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to student success plans. Maintain accurate and confidential case records and documentation as required. Desired Qualifications: Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program. Valid state licensure or certification as a School Social Worker or related credential. Experience working within K-12 school settings and familiarity with educational systems. Strong knowledge of child development, mental health issues, and family dynamics. Excellent interpersonal communication and collaboration skills.
