The Center for Digital Learning and Innovation (CDLI) is seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a part-time Director of Outreach. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about technology integration, educational innovation, and community engagement. You will help bring our mission to life by developing partnerships with P12 schools and community organizations, facilitating professional learning workshops, and supporting various initiatives within CDLI.
50% - Develop and oversee partnerships with P12 schools and community organizations that inform programming related to technology and innovation for students in high need school/programs.
5% - Support the development of EHE Digital Learner Competencies
10% Supervise creativity fellows
20% - Facilitate classroom teacher inquiry group. Participate in teacher technology inquiry group. Manage communication with Apple; Co-facilitate CIDN meetings
15% - Schedule, plan, and facilitate K12 professional learning workshops and present at annual events.
Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 0 years of relevant experience required. 0-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
Desired:
- Experience as K-12 classroom teacher or technology coach.
- Extensive experience developing presentations for adult learners focused on technology integration.
- Experience teaching, supervising, or mentoring undergraduate students.
- Demonstrates a consistently positive and professional demeanor, contributing to a supportive and engaging work environment.
- Exhibits strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a proven ability to identify challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Thrives in collaborative settings, fostering teamwork and building productive relationships across diverse groups and stakeholders.
- Experience working on projects with iterative design.
The Target Hiring Range for this position is $ 19.28 - $25.19
