Were seeking a provider who has experience working in a Medicare Advantage model and is interested in a long-term, patient-centered practice. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, as is a strong commitment to preventive care and evidence-based medicine.

• Base salary: $120,000 $130,000 , with 10%15% performance-based bonuses

• Malpractice coverage

• Support from an experienced clinical team (MAs with 1015 years of experience)

• In-house credentialing team

• Average 10 to 15 patients per day

• Focus on chronic disease management

• Develop strategies to reduce ER visits and hospitalizations

• Collaborate with Case Managers and Specialists

• Educate patients on preventive care and treatment adherence

Requirements

• Experience in value-based care Required

• Licensed PA in the state of Florida Required

• Fluent in English and Spanish Required

• Experience with eClinicalWorks (EMR) Preferred

• Passion for caring for a senior population
