As a part of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of those in need while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
• Offer crisis intervention and support
• Collaborate with clients to identify goals and track progress
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques

Required Skills:

• Experience in adolescent therapy
• Proficiency in marriage and family therapy
• Knowledge of community resources
• Certification as an Alcohol and Drug Counselor
• Licensed as a Master Social Worker or Clinical Professional Counselor

Nice to Have Skills:

• Knowledge of interventions such as psychotherapy
• CBT
• ACT
• psychodynamic
