Case Manager – Supported Living Services
Location: Santa Barbara / Goleta
Full-Time | $25 – $33/hour (DOE)
Reports to: Program Director

For over 20 years, we’ve empowered adults with developmental disabilities to thrive through compassionate support, inclusive services, and person-centered thinking. Now, we’re looking for a Case Manager who’s ready to lead with heart and purpose.
What You'll Do:
Coordinate and oversee services for adults with developmental disabilities.
Lead and mentor a team of Direct Support Professionals.
Monitor daily/monthly documentation for accuracy and compliance.
Facilitate meetings with individuals, staff, and service coordinators.
Communicate regularly with Regional Center representatives.
Ensure services meet high standards for quality, compliance, and person-centered care.
Collaborate with leadership on innovation and continuous improvement.
Build relationships with families and community partners.
Regularly visit sites to support staff, recognize achievements, and maintain team morale.
Step in when needed to ensure seamless care and service continuity.
Who You Are:
Education or experience:
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
ORAt least 2 years of leadership experience in human services (especially developmental disabilities).
A compassionate, proactive leader who’s committed to inclusion, dignity, and growth.
An effective communicator who builds strong teams and positive culture.
Highly organized and reliable, with the flexibility to adapt to changing needs.
Comfortable with compliance and quality assurance.
Able to travel locally and hold a valid driver’s license (if applicable).
Experience with adults or children with developmental disabilities is a plus.
Bilingual skills are always a bonus!
