Vocational Rehabilitation Services Manager

The Manager of Vocational Rehabilitation Services will oversee daily operations while playing a key role in expanding our reach. This includes marketing VR services, fostering community partnerships, and coordinating engaging, client-centered events. The ideal candidate will be equally passionate about program development and empowering clients on their path to employment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the VR services team, including training, supervision, and performance evaluation

Develop and execute outreach and marketing strategies to grow VR services and client base

Plan and coordinate client-centered events (e.g., job readiness workshops, career fairs, employer spotlights) to enhance client engagement and outcomes

Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, employers, community agencies, and funding partners

Ensure delivery of high-quality, individualized services that align with client goals and evidence-based practices

Monitor program effectiveness through data tracking, client feedback, and outcome measurement; recommend improvements accordingly

Stay current with industry trends, labor market developments, and rehabilitation best practices

Ensure program compliance with all applicable regulations, including those from federal and state VR agencies

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling, Human Services, Social Work, Communication or a related field

Minimum 2 years of vocational rehabilitation or workforce development experience, including supervisory or program management roles

Experience in outreach, marketing, or community engagement

Strong organizational and event planning skills

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and public speaking abilities

Knowledge of disability services, employment supports, and vocational rehabilitation systems
