**Position Overview**

The **Part Time Assistant Office Coordinator** is responsible for providing general office support and client administrative assistance. The role involves, supporting contract administration, assisting with new hire onboarding, managing invoices and accounts receivable, collecting data for reports, and providing support to management.

This position will help with the administrative side of our third-party production tracking system, Landscape Management Network (LMN). The position will involve extensive data entry.

**Job Classification:** The **Part Time** **Assistant Office Coordinator** is a **non-exempt,** **part-time** **employee** position, as this position evolves, there could be potential to become full-time.

**Job Duties**

**Responsibilities:**

+ Administer contract preparation support and maintenance through accurately and timely entering data and providing drafting assistance. *

+ Accurately input and update data into third-party production system (LMN)

+ Perform data verification and quality control.

+ Maintain data integrity by identifying and rectifying errors.

+ Assist employees with the onboarding process and offer guidance for navigating the Companys employee data management system. *

+ Process and maintain employee time sheets. *

+ Provide support for third-party production tracking system through (LMN).*

+ Participate in employee and professional development training events. *

+ Accurately use office software, programs, and products. *

+ Work directly with manager, providing support and assistance. *

+ Perform other related duties as assigned.

+ Follow all company policies, procedures, and work rules.

**Qualifications**

+ **Preferred:** Minimum of two years of experience in office processes and office administration procedures or equivalent education.

+ **Preferred:** Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer or software programs necessary to complete job duties.

+ **Preferred:** Experience with Landscape Management Network (LMN) software system.

+ **Preferred:** Fluency in Spanish is beneficial, but not essential.

+ In some cases, the government clients Davey Tree Expert Company contracts with conduct their own background check. Results of this background check may affect the potential for hire.
