Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Basic Life Insurance Tuition Reimbursement Employer Paid Short-Term Disability and Long-Term Disability Adoption Assistance Plan Qualifications: Master's degree in social work required 1-2 years' experience in a healthcare setting, preferred Current LICSW license through the Minnesota Board of Social Work BLS certification within 90 days of hire Job Responsibilities: Assists patients and their families with concerns that accompany illness or inhibit recovery and rehabilitation. Interviews, assesses/screens, diagnoses, and treats patients in need of mental healthcare. Initiates necessary referrals to appropriate community resources and provides crisis intervention as needed. Attends organizational committees and work groups as assigned by supervisor. Establishes and completes at least one quality improvement project each year. Promotes staff development by creating an environment of learning and rediscovery. Acts as a community liaison. Must have reliable transportation and a current driver's license. Other duties as assigned.
