What Youll Do
- Conduct psychosocial, behavioral, and cognitive assessments to develop individualized treatment and Behavioral Support Plans in compliance with state and professional standards.
- Provide individual and group therapy, education, and training as clinically appropriate.
- Support and train residential and interdisciplinary teams, modeling therapeutic interactions in the residential setting.
- Lead collaborative treatment planning by fostering team consensus on client needs and goals.
- Offer clinical consultation to individuals served, staff, referral sources, and other stakeholders.
- Assist in program development, evaluation, and staff training initiatives.
- Participate in the on-call rotation for clinical support and risk assessment outside regular hours.
- Support research efforts related to brain injury treatment and outcomes.
- Represent and promote the HNNR brain injury program through professional presentations and involvement in organizations such as WMBIN, BIA, APA, and GRAMEP.

Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Qualifications
- Education: Masters degree from an accredited university in a clinical health profession such as Health Psychology, Rehabilitation Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Neuropsychology, Counseling Psychology, Clinical Social Work, or Counseling.
- Licensure: Active licensure required as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Limited Licensed Psychologist (LLP).
- Clinical Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience providing clinical treatment as a licensed clinician. Preference will be given to candidates with experience working with neurological populations in an interdisciplinary setting.
- Clinical Competencies: Proven ability in behavioral assessment, treatment planning, clinical consultation, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Demonstrates strong judgment, decision-making, and resource management.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create high-quality clinical documentation within an electronic medical records (EMR) system.
- Training & Presentation: Skilled in public speaking, professional education, and delivering training to diverse audiences.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with individuals from multiple disciplines to support integrated care.
- Mission Alignment: Demonstrated ability to represent and support Hope Networks mission across various settings and audiences.
- Professional Development: Maintains continuing education and licensing requirements (CME), uses supervision effectively, and stays current with clinical best practices.
- Productivity & Contribution: Meets or exceeds clinical productivity expectations set by the Director of Clinical Operations and actively contributes to departmental goals, quality improvement initiatives, and strategic planning efforts.
- Community Engagement: Participates in activities that promote Hope Networks presence and leadership in the broader professional and public community.
