Job Description
**Located in Lane County**
The Oral Health Community Healthcare Worker is responsible for helping patients and community members navigate and access dental, community services and other resources while creating a welcoming and safe dental environment.
This position also provides outreach to members to schedule and confirm appointments, verify insurance information, and coordinate treatment days with community partners.
This is a traveling position.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid health care provider CPR/BLS Certificate
- High School Diploma or its equivalent.
- Experience working in a community-based setting for at least 1 to 2 years.
- Bilingual a plus
ADDITIONAL/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of dental terminology preferred.
- Understand the rural communities served.
- Certified Community Health Worker with the Oregon Health Authority preferred, but training available
