Practices collaborive, stepped and measurement-based care, including approprie longitudinal follow-up, to address common mental health and behavioral health conditions for the primary care populion. Must demonstre a high level of skill and expertise to establish and maintain effective therapeutic relionships with Veterans in the PCMHI Program and their families. The incumbent required to independently work with Veterans and their families who are experiencing a wide range of compliced, medical, psychiric, emotional, behavioral, and psychosocial problems. Must independently complete through psychosocial assessments to determine the psychosocial functioning and needs of Veterans and their families.
