Job Title: School and Community Outreach Specialist Department: Social Work | Faculty Affairs-JM The CAYCI School and Community Outreach Specialist provides advanced consultation services related to the design, implementation, and evaluation of the CAYCI School Experience Survey (SES) and the Community Collaboration Model in partner school districts. This role focuses on applying qualitative and quantitative data to inform school improvement strategies, enhance school climate, and support integrated student support systems. Primary Responsibilities: Collaborate with CAYCI leadership and partner school districts to support the implementation of the CAYCI-SES and Community Collaboration Model. Analyze and code qualitative data from school stakeholders to generate thematic reports measuring the effectiveness of school-wide positive behavior intervention supports (PBIS) and related programming. Develop tailored, formal reports to support individual school and district-level school improvement planning. Offer consultation to both internal CAYCI staff and external school district partners regarding the planning, implementation, and evaluation of initiatives based on CAYCI-SES trend data and strategic goals. Ensure the integration of data-informed practices in line with evidence-based models of school improvement, such as the Community Collaboration Model. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 2 years of relevant experience required. Desired Qualifications 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred. Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field. Demonstrated experience in school consultation, youth development, or education-focused research and evaluation. Strong analytical skills with an emphasis on qualitative data coding and thematic analysis. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience producing professional reports and facilitating stakeholder meetings. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with school and university partners. Pay range is $22.93 - $29.95 hourly. The actual salary will fall within this range based on the candidate's qualifications, internal equity, and the unit's available budget.
