The work environment may include any or all of the following: working alone; working with others, verbal contact with others and face-to-face contact.Requirements:QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree in social work, counseling, psychology or related field. 1-3 years of experience in working within the social service arena, including internships. Must be able to work with diverse populations with multi-faceted needs. Experience with mental health and I/DD populations and knowledge of Medicaid standards. Bilingual in Spanish or Polish is required. Must be at least 21 years of age, possess a valid driver's license or state ID, be approved to drive agency vehicles through agency insurance, pass a criminal background check. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
