Tri-Mar Consulting Inc is seeking a Benefits Specialist to join our team in West Palm Beach, FL 33411. As a Benefits Specialist, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including
Job Expectations:
Prepares and process basic benefit enrollments, changes, terminations and adjustments for PEO Benefit offerings to ensure timely processing for worksite employees while maintaining accurate and timely record of actions in CRM
Participates in the annual enrollment process and training, education and follow up, as well as reviewing current process and changes. Ensures adherence to deadlines and compliance with PEO Benefits Rules of Engagement.
Researches and resolves product and service issues from internal partners, clients and worksite employees to ensure accurate and timely responses. Documents information and interactions in applicable system(s), ex. Client Space and Upstream, etc.
Understands and references benefit documentation to ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations and laws, including Section 125.
Maintains knowledge of all systems, processes and changes pertaining to various benefit plans, regulatory changes, policy changes, industry developments and internal resources to ensure compliance with departmental processes and company guidelines.
