Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Social Worker (SSW) to join a supportive team at a school district near Lake Angelus, Michigan .

• Deliver social work services to students with IEPs, 504 Plans, and within the general education population

• Collaborate with fellow School Social Workers to manage and balance caseloads effectively

• Work a standard full-time hour day at assigned school sites

• Support students' emotional, behavioral, and social development through individual and group interventions

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation; contribute to the development and implementation of IEPs

• Partner with school staff and families to ensure comprehensive student support and success

• Active Michigan School Social Worker (SSW) License

• Experience in a school or special education setting preferred

• Strong knowledge of IEP implementation and student advocacy
