Intake Specialist

Po'ailani, Inc. is seeking for a full-time Intake Specialist for our Adult Dual Diagnosis Treatment Facility specializing in treating co-occurring patients. Must be available to work Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week.

Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Social Services field
Certified Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC) Certification or Actively working on it
Two (2) year's work experience
Clean driving record, current within two months
Must pass a criminal background check

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Services provided by the Intake Specialist include but are not limited to the following:
Works closely with the Intake Specialist Supervisor, other Intake Specialist co-worker and the Intake Assistants.
Read, analyze & interpret Psychiatric evaluations
Conduct Biopsychosocial assessments and triages in accordance with the program's requirements
Transport patients in company vehicle as needed
Must be able to work in a fast-paced working environment
On-going training is provided
