Position Information:
Under direction of the Projects Supervisor in the Facilities Services Maintenance Department, the Project Policy Analyst 3 provides continuous review and assessment of client and service interaction, related to the intake, process, and reporting of projects for Facilities Services with a strong focus on high quality service experience and process improvements. This position is responsible for analysis, review, and timely routing of all materials related to project intake and support. Makes recommendations to leadership and completes short and long-term project intake (details, funding, assignment, etc.), system admin, file management, tracking, and reporting support for leadership and project managers. Demonstrates good judgement in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining service solutions. Creates, identifies, analyzes, and reviews customer relations related programs, policies or procedures for possible implementation.
UC Riverside's Facilities Services is recruiting for a Project Policy Analyst 3. The full salary range for the Project Policy Analyst 3 is $66,500 - $118,300 per year. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs.
Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position. Currently, we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa for staff.

- Researches and summarizes best practices in field. Researches, monitors and analyzes regulations, legislation, research literature, and UC policies for impact on the organization or initiative.
Researches and drafts complex proposals, reports, briefings, executive summaries, meeting minutes and calendaring. Establishes and maintains contacts internally and with external constituents for the collection and exchange of data.
- Researches and analyzes data from multiple sources to prepare spreadsheets, agendas, reports, maps, presentations, etc in support of Project Management team.
- Coordinates implementation with cross-organizational departments or external entities as needed.
- Provides analyses for data, systems, and projects working directly with all levels of staff and managers.
- Possesses complete understanding of all aspects of client project and work order intake.
