Psychotherapists Outpatient, Full Time Salaried: PsyD, LCSW, LPC, NP, LAC, LSW (Hybrid)

Due to expansion, our organization, Specialized Therapy Associates, LLC, is seeking full-time, salaried New Jersey licensed therapists to work for a privately owned facility providing behavioral health services in various locations in NJ on an outpatient basis. Specialized Therapy Associates, LLC (STA) has been a thriving facility with steady growth for the past 20 years. STA has provided innovative programs to the community and through its partner organization, Fx Med Centers and Xceptional You, a fully integrative health program to individuals, families, and corporations. STA provides psycho-educational workshops and custom-designed programs. STA is well recognized in the community for its child, adolescent, adult, and family services and other specialty services. Our salaries are highly competitive, and we provide annual increases along with bonuses for working in our ancillary services such as providing workshops.

We are seeking full-time salaried professionals with benefits who are licensed to practice in New Jersey with our high-functioning, self-referred outpatient clients. We are also seeking a part-time Psychiatrist with great flexibility in the hours you can choose to work.

We are seeking several positions due to our expansion throughout New Jersey and the ongoing demand for our services. Review the various roles within the organization that provides growth opportunites into management.

There are positions open at all of our facilities throughout Northern NJ and for Remote therapists the locations are not a deciding factor. Indicate for which position you are applying.

1. Assistant Director. The AD provides a leadership role and oversight to the facility assigned to that person. You will carry almost a full caseload as there are administrative staff to carry out duties to manage the facility. The right candidate will have a minimum of five years' experience providing outpatient psychotherapy with a higher functioning population. He or she will have had prior administrative and supervisory experience. The position is 1/3 time oversight and 2/3 providing outpatient psychotherapy. In addition to providing leadership to the staff and therapy to the clients, you have the option, with our support, to develop a program of your choosing. We will provide resources and assistance with the marketing of the program.
2. Clinical Support Coordinator (Hackensack, NJ location): Provide ongoing psychotherapy to a higher functioning population while developing and implementing your program. You will be assigned a team of therapists to provide the services. Prior experience with group, family, or couples therapy is desirable. The preferred candidate will have experience and training providing a specialty program. A desire to move up into management is a plus.
3. Staff Therapists (Hackensack, NJ locations): We are seeking seasoned clinicians to help staff our newest location. Great surroundings with supportive staff and a team leader to provide support and guidance. The population is all self-referred, motivated clients.
4. Staff Therapist and Group Specialist (Hackensack or Paramus location): Seeking a therapist with specialized experience and training in group therapy.

REQUIREMENTS/DUTIES

• Minimum 2 years' experience working with a high-functioning population
• Applicant must have a career orientation towards psychological practice
• License to practice in the State of New Jersey or New York (or easily transferred from another State)

• Able to work evenings; work schedule can be flexible but must include evening hours.
