Director of Career Services
St. Lawrence University invites applications for a Director of Career Services position. Reporting to the Vice President and Dean of Student Life, the Director of Career Services is responsible for the leadership, vision, and strategic direction for the department and supervises 7 staff members and ten student employees serving as Career Services Interns. The new Director will oversee the maintenance, design and implementation of state-of-the-art career development strategies and programs for St. Lawrence students, as well as the evaluation and assessment of their effectiveness. Essential responsibilities include the following:

By strengthening ties throughout the campus and establishing connections and relationships beyond, the office achieves dramatic results. Within 6 months of graduating from St. Lawrence in 2017, 95.4 percent of students were either employed, accepted into graduate school, or pursuing other post-baccalaureate education.
