Sapphire Blue, a private practice setting with a community feel, is hiring licensed counselors/therapists with at least 3-5 years post-grad experience in our Lake Oswego and Woodburn offices. Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.

The position is for min 30 hours of direct service (more if desired) with need to provide individual sessions for kids, adolescents, and adults, as well as families and groups. Some flexibility in setting schedule. Event based salary plus bonus.
We are looking for someone who is a self-starter, ethical, comfortable working independently, and desires to be part of a team. The preferred candidate will have experience with various populations, including kids & adolescents, and be comfortable working with a variety of clinical issues. Preferred experience will include work with trauma, mood disorders, anxiety issues, substance abuse issues, personality disorders, families, couples and more. Experience with trauma a must, as well as integrated theories and approaches, such as CBT, EFT, DBT, MI, etc. EMDR certification a plus.
Preferably, candidate will already by credentialed and on various insurance panels, including Kaiser. Must be able to get DMAP number within 60 days. Have substance abuse treatment experience. Must be efficient with paperwork, organized, and have the ability to complete required notes in a timely manner. Effective communication is a must.

Pay Range: $ 68,700 - $73,350 (inc bonus) yr to start, based on experience
Vacation: 2 weeks per year
