Pariva Health is looking for a Master of Social Work (MSW) to join our team.Our mission is to empower the families of neurodivergent children through our whole-family engagement model. We are seeking an empathetic and caring clinician with strong therapeutic skills. The clinician will focus on performing multidisciplinary child/family assessments, providing families with play-based support activities and education, and implementing strategies that allow families to engage their child in learning and promote developmental gains.
Our model is 100% remote, though clinical roles must reside in the state where services are provided.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provide counseling and therapy to clients and families using evidence-based interventions and therapeutic techniques, maintaining a caseload of roughly 10-20 clients.
- Work closely with clinical team to provide instructional support and implementation of our play-based Family Support Plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and related providers, including doctors, nurses, and case managers, to coordinate care and services.
- Monitor and evaluate clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Complete intake and assessments to develop an individualized Family Need Profile and Support Plan
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case notes and documentation in compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements.
- Ability to learn and utilize our therapeutic developmental kits, in order to teach and empower families to develop skills and modify behaviors.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to case discussions and treatment planning.

Required Skills/Abilities:
- Master of Social Work (MSW)
- Must live in the state you are serving Massachusetts
- Must be comfortable providing therapy via a telehealth platform
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of local resources and community organizations.
- Commitment to upholding the highest ethical standards and maintaining confidentiality.
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed.
Preferred Skills:
- Bilingual applicants strongly encouraged to apply - Spanish preferred
- Previous experience with ABA, play-therapy, behavior therapy, or other therapeutic frameworks
- Trauma informed care training
