The role requires in-person behavioral health services provided Monday through Friday, typically between 12 p.m. and 6 p.m., though hours can be flexible. Sessions are 45 minutes long with 15 minutes allocated for documentation, and providers are expected to complete two new evaluations per week at 90 minutes each. Acceptable provider types include LMHCs and LCSWs, with a minimum of one year of experience requiredpreferably with prior credentialing. The position involves working with patients aged 7 and up, handling a caseload that can range from 25 to 65 individuals depending on visit frequency. The scope of work includes general behavioral health care without psychological testing or trauma-specific therapy. Providers will participate in a care team meeting once a week for one hour.
