License Clinical Social Worker (Hybrid)

Retraining the Village, situated in East Palo Alto, CA 94303, is currently in search of a dedicated and passionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker to become a valuable member of our team. This role offers a hybrid work setting, allowing for the flexibility to work both in person and remotely. This position is 20 hours a month. Working 5 hours a month at facility mandatory for In-person 1 on1 check-ins with Clients. Our client base is 20-50 clients, we also serve reentry clients.

Job Expectations:

  • Utilize community resources effectively to assist clients in need
  • Deliver clinical social work services across various settings
  • Engage with Veterans, and Re-entry men only
  • Provide counseling services as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor
  • Implement crisis intervention strategies as required
  • Conduct therapy sessions in the capacity of a Licensed Clinical Social Worker
  • Offer support to individuals managing anxiety and other mental health issues
  • Work as a Licensed Professional Counselor to address psychotherapy needs
  • Develop interventions aimed at promoting mental health and overall well-being
  • Assist individuals struggling with addictions through the development of treatment plans
  • Provide behavioral health support to clients in need
  • Coordinate discharge planning for individuals transitioning from treatment facilities
  • Offer case management services to assist clients in their therapeutic journey
  • Utilize telehealth services to reach clients in remote locations
  • Work with VA Clinical Social Worker on Chart reviews and suggestions

Salary Range: $56,540.00 - $102,330.00
