Job Title: Licensed Social Worker (LSW) Company: Location: Boise, ID Description: Daybreak Mental Wellness Center in Nampa is looking to hire a part time LSW for Psychosocial Rehabilitation Specialist/Group facilitator. Requirements are a bachelor?s degree from a nationally-accredited university in Social Work and a current license with the state. Must have a valid driver?s license and pass a criminal background check. This position may lead into a full time position as case load grows. LSW will be responsible for facilitating groups one day a week and fill in as necessary. PSR Position Summary: The PSR position with Daybreak Mental Wellness Center is a position in which a qualified mental health professional works one-on-one with adults diagnosed with mental health disorders in terms of psychosocial rehabilitation skills on their caseload. The purpose of psychosocial rehabilitation is to work on skills that foster independence for the individual client. Each client receiving PSR services will have an individualized treatment plan designed to meet that client?s individual goals and needs. The PSR worker will follow the approved treatment plan in working with their clients. The worker will meet weekly with clients to assist in life skills training as it pertains to their individual diagnosis. The individual will help clients manage the mental health illness in effort to avoid more restrictive levels of service and reduce current levels. PSRW will work in the community, in client?s home and on site in a partial care treatment center per needs of client. Pay is $16 per hour to start Group Facilitator Position Summary: The Group Facilitator position with Daybreak Mental Wellness Center is a position in which a qualified mental health professional provides group treatment for clients to incorporate various types of groups (including symptom management skills, anger management, symptom identification, appropriate social behaviors, etc.). Each client receiving partial care services will have an individualized medical care plan designed to meet that client?s individual goals and needs.
