The Potter’s House Homes For Children is seeking a Social Services Coordinators  I and II for its Residential Program located in Dekalb/Gwinnett county Georgia. The Program consists of 18 beds that provide Room and Board and Watchful Oversight to males between the ages of 6 to 18 years of age. These positions will provide the coordination of services for children within program and supervision of staff throughout three residential facilities. Each facility consist of six beds each and the individuals will be responsible for staff development and compliance with state and federal laws, licensing agencies, and the Potter’s House Homes For Children company’s policies and procedures.   This is a  management position, must have excellent management skills. Candidate will manage up to 20 staff members. Candidate is required to have a neat apperance and candidate must possess verbal and written skills to communicate effectively and present a professional apperance at all times keeping in mind that we are treating children with sexual acting out issues when choosing attire for work environment.
