Provide support to foster parents by assisting in coordination of appointments, transportation, respite, etc. 5. Conduct intake and assessment for incoming clients. Administer tests and explain results to client. Complete annual re-assessments of foster families. 6. Serve as an advocate for clients and families ensuring access to services and resources. 7. Use supervision as a means for personal growth and development and for better casework or case management service to individual clients. 8. Perform the basic administrative tasks related to program and caseload assigned.
