Founded in 1997, Prairie St. John's is a fully-licensed, 91-bed facility offering services for children, adolescents and adults to address mental health issues, chemical dependency or addiction and co-occurring disorders. Prairie offers a full-service psychiatric and addiction Continuum of Care. This Continuum of Care includes inpatient hospitalization, partial hospitalization, residential treatment, intensive outpatient services and clinic services. While several of our clients are from the Fargo-Moorhead area and surrounding areas, we also serve individuals and their families from throughout Minnesota, North Dakota and other states. Job Title: Needs Assessment Counselor FT Company: Psychiatric Solutions Location: Fargo, ND Description: Needs Assessment Counselors triage crisis calls, assess and consult with staff Psychiatrists to determine level of care, coordinate admission and make referrals as appropriate. Requires Masters Degree; LCSW, LPC, or RNCS licensure; and 2 years of psychiatric experience. This position is scheduled to work Sun-Thurs 11pm-7am.
