Job Title: Psychiatric Rehab Coordinator Company: Optimum Health Systems, Inc. Location: Baltimore, MD Description: The PRP Coordinator must be at least an LGSW. He/she will supervise PRP counselors that visit clients at home. Much of the Coordinator's work is based in the clinic. The position requires someone who is self motivated, who has good leadership qualities, and who is creative and growth oriented. He/she will process new clients' intake and admission, develop clients' individual rehabilitation plan (IRP), secure service authorization for the patient online, and do IRP review every 3 to 6 months.

Job Title: Crisis Intervention Coordinator Company: Location: Baltimore, MD Description: Seeking administrator to direct staff in providing direct services in crisis intervention and case management. Proven skills in needs assessment and counseling. Must a bachelors degree with major course work in the social or behavioral sciences or social work or an equivalent combination of education and experience; 3-5 years supervisory experience in directing stff in an environment requiring income eligibility determination. Excellent communication skills (oral and wirtten), organizational skills, and proficient in MS Word and Excel. Salary range: $16 to $19/hr, 40 hrs/wk, excellent benefits.
