Job Title: Assistant Program Manager - Residential Services Company: Location: Middletown, RI Description: Full-time non-exempt, hourly position available to assist in the management of the daily routine and staff in residential units that provide housing and counseling resources to behaviorally involved, abused and/or neglected teens. Due to the nature of the workflow and level of responsibility this position may goes beyond a forty-hour week. The Assistant Program Manager position is considered a ?direct care? position due to the nature of the work and client needs. Assume responsibilities of the Program Manager in their absence.
