This position will lead into a full-time position in the Fall overseeing and directing our afterschool program and community support programming. Applicants must have a college degree in social services and experience managing programs for individuals with special needs. Job Title: Social Work Supervisor Company: Confidential Location: Willoughby, OH Description: Position Summary The Social Work Supervisor position performs 75% direct service with 25% of the time devoted to administrative and supervisory responsibilities. The direct service portion of the job involves carrying a three-quarter caseload on an inpatient unit. The position provides direct clinical and administrative supervision to the primary therapists and assures the department provides excellent service to patients on all inpatient units served by the department. The Social Work Supervisor works closely with the Social Services Manager to develop programming and services to best meet patient need. He/she collaborates closely with other departments and disciplines to assure integration of the primary therapist role as part of the interdisciplinary team.QualificationsEducation/Experience: Master's Degree in Social Work or Counseling, with a minimum of five (5) years experience in the field, preferably in a mental health or health care setting.
