Spurwink Services has an opportunity for an energetic, dedicated Doctorates Level Associate Director of Clinical Services. This is an opportunity to compliment your clinical experience with managerial/administrative skills. This position requires the integration of the clinical/treatment components of services with the educational component in order to maximize treatment outcome.Duties:Typical duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Duties and Responsibilities of the Position:Day to day monitoring and coordination of clinical services.Serve as representative of the Executive Director, as designated.Facilitate integration of the clinical components of services with the educational component.Clinical and administrative supervision and oversight of Program Directors.Participate in developing clinical focus and philosophy of The Spurwink School.Provide consultation and training to all programs, as appropriate.Member of Senior Management.Monitor and participate in personnel issues of program staff. This includes recruitment and performance counseling.Participate in the development and monitoring of significant community relationships.Participate in hiring and monitoring of quality of clinical consultants.Training of clinical services staff. Including assessment of needs, defining priorities, developing training agenda, and monitoring budget.Develop, review, give input into and follow policy and procedure.Implement and oversee Quality Assurance strategies.Implement and oversee utilization review.Participate in records/tracking system development and implementation.Monitor Comprehensive Service License requirements and standards compliance.Share on-call availability.
