Job Title: Director of Social Services - MSW Company: SunBridge Healthcare Location: Boise, ID Description: Celebrate Caring at Boise Behavioral Health Hospital, an affiliated center of SunBridge Healthcare. and a leader in long term and rehabilitative healthcare. We are currently seeking a full time Director of Social Services for case management at our 22-bed center located in Boise, ID. We offer mental health services for our inpatient hospital and our outpatient clinic. We have a very supportive team of professionals that work in an environment that is multi-faceted and offers experience and growth with a social service career.Twoyears experience and a master's level degree in social services are strongly preferred. As the Social Services Director you will be responsible for performing assessment of residents upon admission, change of condition and review and update care plans; provide direct psychosocial intervention; assist with family in coping with placement, illness and grieving; coordinate outside services and educate staff. Job Requirements : Master'sdegree in Social Work or related field required. Must be able to multi-task be a quick learner, flexible, work independently and handle difficult situations. Prefer 2 years experience in the Healthcare field but this is not required. Must be able to meet the social, emotional, psychosocial needs of the Residents, be a team player, and part of an ID Team. Have patience and tact, empathy. Knowledge of Federal and State regulations helpful.
