Location: Portsmouth, NH Description: The Community Support Program at SMHC, Inc. is seeking a clinical case manager to join the Portsmouth based multidisciplinary team. This person will perform office and community based individual and family therapy, case management, and community supports to adults with severe mental illness. The applicant must have a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology and must be either licensed or working toward licensure in the state of NH. Ability to work in a team setting and experience with crisis intervention, dual diagnosis, and/or State systems a plus.
